Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks – Bowl Style

General Specifications

N.S.F. Approved Coved Cornered sink.  Sink to be constructed of 14 Ga stainless steel as manufactured by Monroe Kitchen Equipment.

All bowls to be 14 Ga. stainless steel, 304 and heliarc welded, ground and polished smooth to a high finish. Sink to have sanitary rolled top rim on all three sides. Rear to have integral backsplash 8″ high, including 2″ return to wall at 45 degree angle.

Provisions to be made for mounting one (1) standard combination wall faucets on 8″ centers (3 bowl sinks measuring 60″ in length and over are made with provisions for two (2) combination faucets unless otherwise specified).

All corners, both vertical and horizontal, are to be covered from parent metal at approximate ¾” radius. Sink compartments to be separated by a minimum of 2″ between bowls allowing space for cleaning. Bottom of each compartment is to be scored toward a die-stamped drain outlet containing a 1 ½” S/S basket waste.

Sink to be mounted on 1-5/8″ O.D. x 16 Gauge stainless steel tubular legs with stainless steel adjustable bullet feet. Legs are to be fastened to sanitary stainless steel enclosed gussets, welded to underside of bottom of sink bowls. Working height of sink is to be 34″.
